The HP WebWise MPE/iX Secure Web Server product (p/n B9074AA or B9074AAE) comes
with the OpenSSL command line utility
(http://www.openssl.org/docs/apps/openssl.html). HP only supports the portions
of WebWise OpenSSL required to administer a secure web server (i.e. key and
certificate creation), but OpenSSL is also capable of much unsupported
functionality too, including general purpose file encryption/decryption.

MPE's /bin/compress and /bin/uncompress is compatible with Unix compress and
uncompress. I believe you can obtain similar utilities that will work
compatibly on NT.
