Hi Brian,
Just put this tag at the top of your page,
The 0 represents how many seconds to what until the redirect.
<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='0; url=http://www.yourdestination.com/'>
You can also use a ".asis" page with Apache to do this by sending the
appropriate redirect header.
