You need to ask for what you want if you hope to get what you need.
"experienced HP3000 consultant" covers a bit of ground; I'm pretty sure that
if you required an "experienced multi-engine pilot" you'd mention whether
the aircraft is a 747, a Twin Bonanza or an SR-71. In this case, it makes a
difference whether you need system administration, database administration,
application development (and in which language(s)), or something else.
