Greetings, people of -L land.....

While reading a piece today at CNN.COM re a computer problem forcing
Continental to delay flights, I came across the following, only serving up
one more reminder of a Law of Murphy - There is Always One More SOB than you
counted on....

At 5 p.m. CDT (6 p.m. EDT) Tuesday, an electrical switch burned out in the
computer equipment running the systems operations center in Houston....

...A fire department shut a backup power supply as a safety precaution,
preventing Continental from dispatching flights until 8 p.m. CDT (9 p.m.
EDT).
