For the Seagate, try:

I often find that going to a manufacturer's home page and entering
a product number in their "search" field (assuming they have one)
works better and quicker than posting a question.

That works, for example, quite well for both the HP C2490 (one URL: www.hp.com,
click on "search" (upper left corner), enter C2490 <return>, and
look at the fourth doc found ("Jumper settings").
