Has the user PH cap ?

I expereinced the same, and adding PH to the user solved the problem!

Hello Gentle Listers:

I am attempting to run a program from a posix directory and I am
encountering the following error:

**** EXEC FUNCTION FAILED; subsys =517; info = 48

which translates to:
