The difficulty may lie in the fact that we would logically look under the letter "C" for "COBOL", but that is not the case.

It is under "HP COBOL II/XL Reference Manual".

I have the same problem with the TRANSACT manuals.

Is there an on-line manual for hp3000 cobol?

I'm looking at docs.hp.com.  I see just about everything else.
