Hmmm, isn't that NS/3000XL?  Since NS/3000 is a separate product,
shouldn't you  have been able to see that on the product list of the
subsystem tape...

I'd certainly talk to you contracts people about changing the
subscription service and getting a CD plus codeword for any future
machines.
