This sounds like a job for "3K Associates",   super Chris and crew  :-)

Their web page is www.3K.com,  they offer e-mail packages for the 3K, but I
don't think they support encryption, however it may be far less expensive
to pay the to add it to their product, then for you to try and develope it
on your own.
