Hi Fred :)
    There used to be a program on the Boeing (sp) Tech Tape that reported
several things such as CPU usage, Storage Usage, Connect time and so on...
also it assigned a dollar figure to these values based on the rates that the
system management established for these services...

   We ran it for a while back in college (circua mid-80's) to show the
students what it would cost at a service bureau (sp).... the program name
escapes me now... but it might still be out there...
