I  agree.  As  far  as I understand, the AU Gov sees these issues
very  seriously  is  very  well  organized,  promoted a very high
quality research and it appears the law is enforced.

What   about   here   off  north-west  Africa ?:  pirate  fishermen
everywhere   (mostly   japs,  taiwanese,  coreans  and  spanish),
systematic  use of all of the banned nets & traps (killing all of
the  protected species in the area), dynamite fishing (yes!), use
of blind meshes in most fisheries AND nursery areas.

As  you  attempt to explain why they shouldnt they tell you: "you
are an eco-nazi". European Union, year 2000.
