G'Day, Folks,
Being a bit of a squirrel, I hoard things. Including 'most' bits of diving
literature that have, over the years, fallen into my hands!!!! :-)
I've 'just discovered' - in an old copy of the Royal Naval Diving Magazine -
an account of the Submarine Escape Trials that took place in Malta, in
1965/66. It's a classic description of submarine escape - and how to do
it - from depths at about 450 fsw! :-)
It also means that it's a published article in the public domain! :-)
If folks - just one will do!<BWG> - are interested, I'll re-type it and post
it to the list. It's educational(???) and describes the mechanical
breakdown of
an escape and ascent.
(The next time some bastard called 'Snarl' calls me 'Stroke', I'll beat his
balls - if he's got any? - into his so-called brains!) :-)
