Preliminary information suggests that the Ron Fuller we know is the diver
mentioned in the article and that our prayers are too late.  I just picked
this up from a Deja search of Rec.Scuba.  I can't express my feelings at the
loss of someone I've grown to know, there just aren't any words that will
do.

I have known Ron a long time. He was an avid diver - and a very competent
one. He was trying new equipment that was experimental. I undestand (from
the news) that he had been having trouble with it on a boat dive 3 weeks
ago. They found his body today in 56 feet of water off La Jolla Shores.

My heart goes out to his wife and children...
