Just make sure it isn't the spotted owl.  We don't want the e3000 to be an
endangered species!!

Actually, I think the idea of an owl is very good. Anything else, such as a
lion or a Concorde, and I suspect that the pretentiousness of the icon might
tend to invite all sorts of negative comparisons, although that's just a
hunch :-).

Seriously, I really do like the idea of an owl*.
