How about Report Division on COBOL? ( But not in HP COBOL).

Use QUIZ (Like Multi Level BOM Explosion+Schedule Track)
like Pre-Processor "PL/SQL on ORACLE" on HP3k then use
those result subfiles to link via
ODBC/32 with MS/Access or Crystal Report with VB.
