Connecting through a DTC using a TAC is irrelevant. Use *any* kind of
telnet access, and the ":nscontrol status" command will not show these
users. By definition telnet is not ns.

In my original post I should have said "':nscontrol status' will show you
the node names of the NS users..."  (as opposed to "the network users").

However, the "listf,8" command does work for both ns and telnet.
