Yes they both work just fine.  We are even running Powerhouse
V.5.09 on MPE 6.0 for our Police Justice System.  The only
problem I have come up against was with Powerhouse 7.29 and
the requirement to press enter twice when going to quick, quiz or
qtp.  I did not see any difference (yet) between 7.29 and 8.19.
