Bruce,
On a Win98 or Win95 install CD, buried, there is a directory called ???EBD
( I forget the exact name, but if you search a Win9x CD for it, you'll find
it )
anyway, run FAT32EBD.EXE, and it will make a bootable floppy, and will
install drivers for 99% of CD's out there as well as FORMAT, FDISK, etc...
for FAT32.
