I would assume so as this is an excerpt from the HELP OPENQ:
OPENQ
Opens the spool queue(s) for a specified logical device, or
device name, or all device members of a device class.
SYNTAX
OPENQ {[DEV={ldev [;SHOW]}
{devclass [;SHOW]}
{devname [;SHOW]}
{ @ }
looks like the @'s have it.

Will OPENQ @ work?
We for example have a jillion device classes, and though lots of
those point
to the same (virtual) ldev (we use MS NetPrint), many do not. Same
problem,
same question.
