There are may good products, STR, Reports2Web, etc.

We use PitneyBowes fax machine Uses a serial port, can use a jetdirect,
but you will need a serial to parallel converter (on that supports xon/xoff
protocol).

Has worked well for years.

Cheap option (5k), if you don't want a lot of bells and whistles.
