If/when IMAGE is changed to use Large Files, then at that point we won't
need jumbo datasets...but I'd presume the following:

  1) jumbo datasets will still work;  HP is very good about backward
     compatibility.

  2) no chunk of a jumbo can be a Large File.  (that would take extra
     code to make it work)
