You should also look at the printers tray configurations on the control
panel. They could be set incorrectly.

Need answers to the following questions:
1) Is your printer loaded with A4 or LETTER size paper?
2) If you reset the printer (esc E), what does it think its default paper
size is?
3) Have you configured NPCONFIG to use a setup file and if so what's in it?
4) Are you using environment files, eg: FILE
PRINTER2;DEV=6;ENV=LP2.HPENV.SYS

Subject: Message 'Load Letter' when printing to network printer
When printing to a network-printer from 3000 I get the msg 'Load Letter' on
the LJ4 printer and the spooler the file is 'ACTIVE'. Have to press
CONTINUE on printer to get the print.
Any config in NPCONFIG or elsewhere to avoid this ??
