For STM to run a network has to be configured and active. Don't know if
that is your problem but it was the first thought I had.

I am trying to reset a DTC. This was previously done using SYSDIAG and
TERMDSM.
The 6.5 documentation pointed me at CSTM
When I type ru termdsm at the cstm> prompt
It answers:
Failed to start running a utility.
The UI failed to initiate an interactive dialog with a support tool.
