But, I used run PRW report writer(Bruce Toback wrote) 
call from SPL and COBOL programs.
It work's like Quiz but somewhat better than Quiz.

Business Basic has a built-in Report Writer. It's rather neat. I used it
once to generate raw seething X12 EDI Invoices.
