We are getting two characters (0o) appearing on stdlists and reports in the
first two print positions. stdlists --> Line #1  0oJOB XXXXX,XXXXX.XXXXX
                              Line #2  PRIORITY=DS
                                ...      ...
                                ...      ...

The global environment file within NPCONFIG does specify landscape which is
"ESC&l0o".    Our NPCONFIG follows:
