Hi Tom,
I think a standard CI way (assuming the log file is too large
to merit dscopying it to the local system) is build an empty file
on the remote system whose disc= value is the same as the eof of
the log file in question. DSCOPY this file to the local system
and use FINFO(filename,limit) to get the eof you want.
However, this approach has pretty high overhead and may cause
you to suspend logging too long?
