It appears you have a bad tape or a bad tape drive. That message normally
means it can't read the tape

Hi,

We have an HP 3000 of unknown origin here.  We tried booting it with a
6.0 tape and it gave this message:

Utility file header inconsistent. Bad System ID.

Do you know what this means?  Does it think it's a UNIX box?
