For those of us who don't know Java or JDBC, can those of you who know Java
and C tell us how possible (or impossible) it would be to have an opensource
C program use JDBC, as a replacement for ODBC?

Subject: Re: ODBC *clients* that run on MPE?

JDBC on the 3000 will let you access Image and Allbase databases from remote
Java systems *and* it will let you access all sorts of remote databases on
other systems from Java code running on the 3000. This may be a solution
for many of the people asking about ODBC client access on MPE.
