I used to read the HP Chronicle but I had not seen it for a while. Yesterday
a free copy arrived with a subscription application.
I went to fill it out. Imagine my surprise when I got to the section
entitled Operating Systems and MPE i/X was not there. Imagine how much more
surprised I was when I found MPE i/X under Platforms along with HP 3000
Series. This might be a legitimate use of the term platform (HP-UX was
listed as both O/S and Platform) or it might be an honest oversight.

However there is a whole section regarding what Cisco devices I use. Is this
then where HP Chronicle is headed? I noticed that there were ads from our
friends at Bradmark extolling the HP 3000 and from Orbit. Other than that
this issue appears to be void of any HP 3000 content.

I think I won't bother to subscribe.
