Let me start by saying that I am not an expert on proper environments. I'm
sure that a small closet or room can be made that will keep the air clean
and cool. That said, I think that there are a couple of questions that are
as important as dust and temperature.
* Do they have the electrical power to run the HP e3000 and the necessary
peripherals such as drives?
* Do they need UPS and or Power Conditioning?
* What peripherals will be needed; disc, UPS, DTC and printers?
* Will there be power for these?
* Will there be room for these?
* Will they need a "network" environment with all its attendant peripherals?

I'm sure you will come up with other questions.
Sorry if this wasn't a "help" but I've encountered these problems in a
"good" environment.
