If I'm reading the following quote correctly, does this
mean that Client System (aka 3kworld.com creator) is
going to handle the "partner portal" (excuse me "agent
portal")?

>HP's new portals will be developed and managed by CSDev,
>a company that plans to spin out of HP's exclusive North
>American distributor for the HP 3000. Solution.com, another
>spin-off of a traditional company, will handle research and
>partner matchmaking.
