Hello everyone,

I know this question is very general but please take a moment and continue
reading. Please no responses from HP on this question.

HP has four levels of system support, listed from lowest to highest: 1)
Base Level Reactive Support; 2) Personalized System Support; 3) Critical
System Support; 4) Business Continuity Support. We are currently covered
under Personalized System Support (option 2) and are considering moving up
to option 3 or 4. I am trying to weigh the cost of moving up to option 3 or
4 against the actual support I would receive at those levels.

I would like to hear from people who have support under option 3 or 4
listed above. Would it be worth the additional cost? What are your
thoughts about the support you receive? Have you had lower levels of
support in the past? If so, do you see a significant improvement in
support? Why did you increase your level of support?

TIA and behave!
