Wirt can probably give you a better answer on break and ^Y, but I know that the
^S/^Q issue is inherint to Telnet on the HP *AND* has been fixed, thanks to
Wirts efforts and those of, I believe, Jeff Bandle.  Unfortunately, those
changes are not, so far as I know, general release yet, but once again, I'd
ask Wirt for the latest status.
