As Mark pointed out, that's 14 *hours* of CPU time
SHOWPROC gives:   mm:ss.mmm  (minutes:seconds.millisecs)
            or:   hh:mm:ss   (hours:minutes:seconds)

So...why is it looping?

Before you reboot, please try the following and email/post the
results:

  1) logon as MANAGER.SYS

  2) :run httpd.pub.apache; debug

     pin #616

     tr,i,d

     abort

That won't solve your problem...but it may shed light on what's
looping.  (By running a copy of httpd, the debug stack trace will
have more information.)
