MPEX Help - empty fileset?

I don't know if you guys have as much trouble finding things in MPEX help as
I do - but after searching for 20 minutes I decided to ask if anyone knows
off the top of their head -

I'm doing a REPEAT - FORFILES construct for a fileset - but I don't want to
do it if the fileset is empty.  Is there an easy way to tell if a fileset is
empty?
