Here's some data I received from GLANCE <Memory Detail 
screen>. How bout those clock-cycles? and are these the 
same clock-cycles that  you are referring too?

On the other hand, if you have a Clock Cycle Rate in excess of 25 (which is
rarely seen these days, BTW) that is a rock solid indicator of memory shortage.
