Anyone have problems with Image Z type fields from VB?
We find that straight SQL appears to work fine as in:
cmd.commandtext="INSERT INTO ImageDataset (X_FIELD, Z_FIELD) VALUES ('TEXT
DATA',99)"
cmd.execute
However, if we use an ADO recordset to do the same as follows:
with rsImageDataset
.addnew
!X_FIELD="TEXT DATA"
!Z_FIELD=99
.update
end with
The character field is correct but the zoned field has garbage
============================oo0oo===========================
