You may, indeed, do this with ESPUL:

> t <sfnum>                   text the spoolfile
> ln                     toggle line numbering
> l  0/10                     verify the line numbers of the Xerox control
directives
> ct <range> ; n=temp1             copy the 5 lines to a new spoolfile, temp1
> ct 20001/Last; n=temp2      copy the lines to be reprinted to a new spoolfile,
temp2
> copy f=temp#; n=temp3;append     append the two new files to a new third
spoolfile, temp3

When you've finished reprinting, purge the remaining files.
