Hi Ed,
It sounds like you need patch MPEKXK7 or more correctly the patch at
the top of the supersede tree which appears to be:
MPEKXC1A for MPE/iX 5.5
MPEKXP3B for MPE/iX 6.0
However you would certainly want to confirm this with my friends at the
Response Center to be sure.
From what I've read on this problem a confirmation would be to place a
Posix file in PUB.SYS. If this causes the successful store of @.PUB.SYS
to fail this would match the symptoms I saw associated with this.
