HP3000/918LX
MPE/iX 6.0 - PATCH TIXKXX8B applied.

The following is a PSCREEN (thanks SS) dump of the system
console after a restart caused by a complete system failure of
unknown origins.  This has happened to us four times in the
last 6 months.  The problem has occurred both prior to and
after the application of patch TIXKXX8B.  Can anyone here
decipher what this is trying to tell me.
