If anyone is interested....

We had a reoccuring problem with HP Laserjets reprinting reports
several times. Here is our particular situation. First, we were
using Minisofts NP92 product. Second, we used Intel print servers
along with HP Jetdirect cards and boxes.

Due to a lack of understanding from our customer, they configured the
HP cards for LPD instead of JD. They printed ok, they just printed
several copies. In all cases, it appeared that NP92 thought the print
had failed and simply resent the document.

Another telltale sign was a strange report seperator, apearently
printed by the Jetdirect in response to the LPD request.

Hope someone finds this useful.

Rgds
