try this package. 3k2XLwiz

Here is 30 days Demo Zip file, 
1. Unzip this file
2. Open this file with Access 97

Excel Wiz form will showup
1.To start, click an ODBC Icon on left top corner
2.Select a Table, (ODBC, Access, Excel, DBASE...)
3. Select Items you want to convert to an Excel or mail
4. Select some Criteria and Sort..
5. Click Reslult to Excel

If you like to save the Query
Check save box for next Query Selection.

When you have no choice about upgrading your hardware, (937) and you are not going to upgrade your user license, why does Cognos jab you for an upgrade fee?
