I threw ACDs on a user attempting to run FTP and TELNET
from within a certain machine.  Seems to work just fine.

Inbound FTP and TELNET are another matter.  Might as well
just not let the users in.  Sigh.

If you have JINETD running you can restrict based on IP address
in your INETDSEC.NET file..Same with telnet..Don't know of a way
to restrict based on user though since you can't interrogate the logon
with
a logon UDC.
