Once had a message from a confused user reporting that the little red
antenna on her terminal was broken.  On retuening her call, she confessed
that her boss had dropped a book on the terminal and broke the antenna, but
to their suprise the terminal still worked.  I told her that enough of the
antenna must still be in the terminal, but would send someone up latter to
replace the red antenna!
