I'll bet that BOUNCER5 only works on MPE V machines.  There is probably a
newer version that works on the series 9xx machines.

I ran BOUNCER5.PUB.TECH and got a system abort 2559 from subsystgem 99
compatibility mode sudden death 16.
Any one know about this little jewel?  I thought it had to do with passwords
and bouncing people off that used the wrong one.  Surprise Surprise.
