So we have 1 for network services, one for exchange, one for web pages.
Does this make the NT group a mainframe? Or since each is its own processor
its just a pc?

Well, I think it has to do with how many systems programmers the machine
requires in order to maintain it.  Let's see, when I was one, we had one
for JES2/MVS, one for TSO, one for RACF and one for VTAM and other
networking products.  I think that qualified our machine as a mainframe!
