Aside from the HFS solutions mentioned, could you maybe use AL or GL
access, & put Ye Olde Lockword on the group?
ALTGROUP XEQ.SYS;ACCESS=(L,X:AL,GU;R,W,A,S:GU)
Assuming OPERATOR.SYS has AL capability, then they can eXecute anything
in the group, but not Read it. (You could also use GL or AC capability
to narrow or widen the execute scope respectively.) Not knowing the
lockword means they can't enter the group and add/change/delete. Add it
to your HPPATH and there ya go.
