This error message was generated by VESOFT's AIF:PE based security
extensions.  As I've never seen this error, I can't comment on what
exactly may have caused it, but it seems to have been linked to an
unusual circumstance during system shutdown.  Seems like a
process that AIF:PE was monitoring didn't shut down cleanly.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it, unless it re-occurs.
