Bill,
Were (are) your customers using the 12H as the only drive(s) in the
system or just for the system volumeset?
How much storage did they try sticking in the 12H? Since you can only
use one FWD interface (currently) on the 12H I would think that you
might also have a FW-SCSI bandwidth problem.
