Seems as if not all changed records of your cluster are being written to
disk.
Your update proc should be something like this:
file KUNDLIST-D primary open 0 occurs 15
PROCEDURE UPDATE
BEGIN
STARTLOG KUNDLIST-D
FOR KUNDLIST-D
BEGIN
PUT KUNDLIST-D
END
STOPLOG
END
Another possible case could be that a designer file has been changed and
there is no update (put) statement in your program.

Dear PH Gurus:
Can someone tell me why I get the following message trying to "UPDATE" a
PH/QUICK screen and what the fix is for it:
*d* Not all changed records have been updated.
I should add that the screen is written again a KSAM file and has a CLUSTER
in it.
Thanks for your help.
